Sarathy Korwar is a US-born, Indian-raised, London-based drummer, producer, composer and bandleader. Sarathy has established himself as one of the most original and compelling voices in the UK jazz scene, releasing music through Ninja Tune, The Leaf Label, Gearbox Records and Nightdreamer Records. He has collaborated/ toured with the likes of Kamasi Washington, Shabaka Hutchings, Yussef Kamaal and Moses Boyd and been mentored by Gilles Peterson, Four Tet, and Floating Points to name a few.

His music is predominantly based in jazz and Indian classical but also incorporates elements of hip-hop, electronic music and more. A first visit to Belfast, Sarathy will be joined by full band for a night of exceptional music.
